For AAU researchers

Access to research publications

As an employee at Aalborg University, you have access to academic publications and other materials through Aalborg University Library . The online material is accessible both on and off campus.

The University Library's search engine Primo is an all-in-one access point. Here you have easy access to search both printed and electronic materials.

You can find everything from books, journals and articles to databases and reference works. You get access to material that the library has purchased/subscribes to, as well as material that is freely available through e.g. Open Access.

If you need to search in a more structured way, or would like to search within a more specific area, you also have access to more than 200 databases via the University Library. The databases give access to academic publications within different research fields. You will also find specialized databases within e.g. law, construction, standard databases and dictionaries.

If you want to borrow material that is not accessible through the University Library, it may be obtained from other libraries via Interlibrary Loan (loans from other libraries). The service is free for students and staff at AAU.
