Software

Transcriber

Transcriber is an app for transcribing audio into text. Many apps can do this, but like it’s sister transcription app, Whisper, Transcriber is a little different in a big way. Located on UCloud on the DeiC Interactive HPC it can handle sensitive data. Transcriber is developed to support features not available with the Whisper-based technology, such as speech recognition. Transcriber is available for everyone with access to UCloud. 

REDCap

REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a secure platform for building and managing online surveys and databases. Students and employees at AAU can freely use REDCap for data collection for research purposes.

DataDeposit

DataDeposit is Aalborg University’s own repository where you can archive your completed research data or code for several years. The idea is to provide a secure place to store research data following the FAIR principles for data management.

High-Performance Computing

There is a possibility of loaning a Lenovo ThinkPad P53 with a NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 GPU.
